Shipping
We offer standard shipping from our warehouse in Houston, Texas. Because all of our coffee is freshly roasted, orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 weeks to ensure the highest quality and freshness (Sundays and holidays are not considered business days). We ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
If you need coffee immediately, we recommend purchasing through Amazon Prime. Otherwise, we kindly ask for your patience as we prepare your order fresh—this is what makes our coffee special.
Note: While we strive to maintain inventory, circumstances in Yemen may occasionally impact our supply chain and delay shipments to our Houston facility. In such cases, affected items may be placed on backorder, and customers will be promptly notified with updated shipping timelines.
Shipping Costs and Taxes
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on order weight and zip code location of delivery address. In addition, any applicable sales or use taxes based on the delivery zip code are also applied at checkout. Return Policy
Unopened product may be returned within three days of receipt for a full refund of product costs (delivery costs not refunded) with buyer paying return shipping costs. For a product that is incorrect, damaged, contaminated, or unacceptable, please call our Customer Service Department for return or replacement instructions.
